I don't know what it is
But theres something about you
It changes the way I act, the way I think
It affects everything I do
I can't figure it out
But it changes me just the same
My thoughts, a blur, n my heart pounds
With the mere mention of your name
Maybe it's your beauty
It enchants me when your near
But that can't be the only thing
For it's not all that I hold dear.
Perhaps it's your voice
That heavenly sound brightens my day
You always bring a smile to my face
No matter what you seem to say
It may just be the way I feel
When I get to hold you close
I think that may be the feeling
The feeling I cherish most
Combine all the above
Together they complete
They complete the reason
Why my heart always skips a beat
It's your beauty, your voice
The way you make me feel
It all makes me believe
The girl of my dreams is real
