One board on top of a hole
place another carefully on top
and another for a brainsell popped
and one for all your stupid mistakes
and for the nights you layed awake
and another two for all friends lost
and one for all the ones you bossed
and another couple for all of those you killed
and another for those who are strong willed
and one for all those you love
and another for a set free dove
and another for you and me
and maybe a few more for how we used to be
and one for not thinking then
and one for wanting to do it again
but wait, the boards are only as big as the hole
so it will eventually give out and will not hold
through the hole and down to the ground
there goes everything you never found
