Its your vote in November
The time to win or lose
Use your human voice
It's up to you to choose
Bush is the incumbent
He has an aggressive way
If you think thats truly good
Your leader he will stay
But if you look deeper
You will see through this pose
And see only a sad future
From his arrogance grows
A future of conflict
Of continuing strife
Like Israel and Palestine
That's no kind of life
Is this what you wish?
This arrogant posturing fraud
Chest thrown out
In bluster crude and flawed
Does it bring safety
Or just increasing threat?
Are you happy with this solution
Is it your safest bet?
The World vs America
Is it what you REALLY want?
The crudest of methods
And great power you can flaunt?
Or perhaps you know
There is a far, far better way
With us really working together
For a truly better day
Yes we know you are frightened
WE are frightened too...
While you are frightened of -THEM-
We are frightened of -YOU-
Think clearly of the long term
Not lost in a strutting pose
In that your reputation for arrogance
Simply grows and grows and grows
Theres no real safety in bluster
No haven in arrogant shouts
Theres no security in isolation
Surrounded by your doubts
Out here we long for sanity
To be at home in America again
To see a decent society
Freed once more from its pain
Please leave this road so false
The one Bush took you on
It will lead to long term madness
With all hope then surely gone
End his ugly posture
And be welcomed again as friend
Isolation can bring no solution
Only -TOGETHER- can we mend...

Steel, this is definately the best poem I've read from you yet. The flow is tremendous, yet devoid of your trademark vitriol, with honest, sincere sentiments and a forward-thinking projection of hope.
My commendations.
