[bodytext] => My heart is aflame with tears of shame Words too hard to explain the heartache... the pain Trying to keep my dark secret hidden with lies Trying to keep it from family and friends Burying it deep within my heart alive What happened to cause such a foul thing you may ask? I thought it was dead... buried deep within my past There's a big hole in my heart... a void inside Where no love... no pain or even hatred survives I tried to fool my eyes with my reassuring lies But I couldn't fool my heart... It's been broken... burned... torn apart so many times Shattered... twisted remains trampled upon... bloodstained Life has not been the same since that day... All I trusted... cared about... a child of innocences lost... Stolen... torn away in an instant... life... a memory distant I've lived in fear... all these years... quietly suffering in shame Cultivating a secret so damning... so heartbreaking...
