A Broken palace Melted ice sculptures Decaying monuments Dusty walls Fraying Tapestries Rusty tubs What a haven Is this palace A court of death A ballroom of bones Still standing Once dancing... Cadaver's gown Torn Red fabric But still moves in the eyes Of who are watching. Framed portraits Paint chipped away What a beautiful Palace It truly is.

| Well this was a unique poem. I thought it was going in one direction and it went in another. I like that. It was sort of creepy in a mysterious--whats gonna happen--sort of way. Well done. Kie |
