Round and round love drags me
Never letting me out.
We went from good times, tinged with feeling
Then to lost and hopelessly in despair
Today I heard the phone ring
On the line it was your voice
But please don't talk to me...
Tears and unwanted memories
Brought by the sound of you speaking
You laugh and carry on
Like nothing has changed
It's like a dagger through my heart
Each time I hear your name
But I know you don't feel the same
This morning, I awoke to a snowy wonderland
But I couldn't smile
I never see snow,
Without thinking of you.
I never feel the cold winter air,
Without remembering your warm touch.
So many things we used to do
I never want to do again
Unless I am doing them with you [comments] => 3 [counter] => 194 [topic] => 22 [informant] => Angelchild [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )
