As I walked about
Trying to find a place to get a drink
And pour my feelings out.

I found a scanty old place
On a dead end street
As I walked through the door
I wondered who I’d meet.

Many people filled the bar
From other towns near and far
Many people danced about
You can really hear them scream and shout.

As I looked for a place to sit down
A soft spoken voice said
You must be from out of town.

She invited me to sit
And I greeted her hello
We began to chat
In a surrounding that was mellow.

As we grew to know one another
We forgot about everyone else in the bar
It was finally known
We were both from towns afar.

As I looked into her eyes
I felt she had no reason for disguise
She had beauty and sex appeal
I knew it was every moment I had to steal.

Being that I am very shy
And find things hard to say
Especially when such beauty is in the way

Feeling now comfortable
I moved closer to her
I really could feel her warmth
And all else was a blur.

After a while of chatting
We realized we were after the same thing
She put her hand on mine
And I felt my heart go ping

I whispered into her ear
And she nodded her head
Before I knew it
She wanted me in bed

One drink, two drinks, three drinks more
It was not long
And we were headed for the door.

We had the same thoughts, Ideas and desires
After our bar room meeting
We needed to extinguish our fires.
