echo in the dark
was it your name or not
I no longer hear you
or see you
long shadows cast
cold shivers overtake me
with wishes
and dreams
that fail to come true
as I sit in dimmed corners
and wait for the moon
to rise in the sky
dispelling this gloom
with her silver
necklace of stars
she adorns me with light
and starlight for eyes
that see a future so bright
all in perspective
so neatly aligned
the planets and sages
address me by name
while the spell is thrice spoken
and sadness lifted away
Finn takes my hand
and we dance away
dance away into the dark
