[hometext] => Again, a reference to Raphael... for those of you who've read my other work: who could this be?
[bodytext] => The sun sets over Lake Washington. Raphael has failed us yet again. Hearts and blossoms close in the abscence of light- a sheer mist rolls in from the park as though dead friends have finally come to collect their dues. A man walks by my window clad in his rainment of night- starry eyes devoid of passion and piercing with independence. And I know him as though our glance carried the weighty cables of sex. I am in him, beside him, below him, above him, I am him. Somehow his body, my body, becomes night- becomes my silver goddess too free to be chained by Love or his like. The virgin huntress gleefully lapping at the sorrow spilling from the hearts of men. Yes, I am this goddess. Cold and on fire I have slain Raphael.
