Its not the storyline that leaves you feeling so bare
The plot forms, over your lips, as you read on
How the heart never truly finds its home

Isnt life such as this worn out, beaten and tired novel
Or should i say love the emotion that makes you kneel and grovel
Your heart somtimes ripped out in pieces like those worn pages
Leaving large gaps not making sense just the empty spaces

Except with life we cant close the book and stop with the end
Cause it all leaves you drawn out, tired, and spent
Maybe the books pages tell more stories than you see

Can actually see the pages turn in this one. Life is indeed a book that reveals many things, one only needs to take the time to read. June
