screaming in the dark
chipping at the block
with a chilse made of glass
and a hammer of insecurity
driven by unknown consentration
with the mettle of a fool
place a bleeding heart on every page
die a little and live a little with every pen scratch
always struggling to come out on top
never willing to let your art die
always willing to die for your art

| Hmmm... powerful excerpts... your mind is looking for the best out of the best. Kind of like a band that has a number one record and is expected to do another one just the same. Sacrifice yes I agree we sacrifice our time and our lives to devote words into reason, humor, thoughts, and reactions. Great brain teaser love the metaphors excellent poetic content. |
