Then closing my eyes and pause
This use to be enough and we'd be together
But not anymore, because

We're no longer on the same plane of existence
Our special bond in life, no more
I could think of you, then be able to see and feel you
Just like it was before

What is it, that you do not think of me
Why can I not feel your soul
Could it be, I'm not even a memory
Are you even alive, I must know

It has been almost a year
Since you left and traveled far
Taking with you, my heart and spirit
Leaving behind, only your love scar

I will never lose my love for you
Often longing for what we had
To think that we shall never see
Each other breaks my heart, so sad

I gaze into the stars and speak your name
Then closing my eyes and pause
This use to be enough and we'd be together
But not anymore, because

We're no longer on the same plane of existence
