[hometext] => Have you ever had a nightmare that you thought was real? Something that you were so trapped in and couldn't escape? This is for all of you... and me...
[bodytext] => Coughs racking her fever-laden body,
Eyes darting drastically around, Unfocused and unclearing, Her soul is heaven-bound. The priest is whispering old ancient words, Making motions over her head, The woman is trying to gasp for air, What they don't know is that she's not dead. Her silent pleas fall on deaf ears, That is really easy to see, And as they take her to the visiting room, All is hopeless, that's what it seems. Her mind has faught against it, Her limbs are begging to move, Outwardly she could give no sign, There seemed to be no way to prove That she was even alive, That her fever was going down, So when the priest gave her the Last Rites, And her family gathered around, She tried with all her might to give them Just one sign, And as they lowered the coffin lid She managed to move a hand and open her eyes, But she wasn't in the stuffed up space That was the coffin in her dreams, She was in her own bed, Family worried about her screams. Yet how can you tell the difference between A fever induced dream, And that which is your reality... Choose your destiny... or scream...
