[hometext] => This poem sums up my transformation-in-progress from dating every guy that payed attention to me to an independent girl with more confidence.
[bodytext] => I've made a mistake. Could you blame me for trying to make a friend? I attract scheming flies, because I'm the honey. What you're looking for isn't in me, but it's not my fault. I'm still young. One day I'll grow out of it, clinging to everyone that looks my way. I'm a good girl, but put the handcuffs on me anyway. At least my legs are free. I'll run from the darkness and soak up the sun. I have to look from the crowd and into a mirror before I lose sight of myself. I want to lose sight of the man carrying heavy weights into my life. And when I write a letter telling the next loser goodbye, I'll sign it: Sincerely, Rogue Magnet No More [comments] => 1 [counter] => 153 [topic] => 19 [informant] => CeruleanAfterglo [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => InspirationalPoems )
