Our music lacks structure
Far too repetitive it seems
The same damn chord progressions
Make my fingers want to scream

We need to change it up
Slip into something new
No style bounds our limits
This fact remains still true

What about a bass solo
Im sure thatll do fine
No, that is not the answer
We need to control our time

But I love to jam
To keep going on one song
I realize its the same
For far too long

So lets restructure each part
Make them perfect thru and thru
We need to do this together
A challenge I leave for me and you
