Array ( [sid] => 2965 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Wrong Number [time] => 2002-08-29 08:51:08 [hometext] => I hate those stupid people that call you looking for someone else and refuse to believe that they dialed wrong... [bodytext] => Ever notice that when the phone rings
And you inform the caller they've dialed wrong
Find yourself wishing it were as simple as that
But these callers take ten times as long

"Oh, really, are you sure?" They ask
Like I forgot for a moment who lives here?
And then tell you again your own number
Then say "hmmm, how weird"

And every person asked for
Has got the strangest name
Dixi, Lulu, Byron, Alfonzo
Cheech and Chong, Chung and Chang

So now they start asking questions
About the person they are trying to call
Say who they are and what they do
"Do you know this person at all?"

"It's a big world you know" you say in disgust
You know this person may not exist
"I don't know this person you are looking for"
And still, the caller persists...

But finally you get the phone hung up
This caller has gone away
When the phone all of a sudden rings again
The same person, asking for the same

After hearing them repeat your number
Asking the same things again
You feel this problem must go away
It's annoying, and must end

So now you've figured it all out
And to get back to being alone
You tell them, "Who'd you ask for again?
That's right, no, Chong isn't home."
