Merely,I will just sit near your words
In the winter of my yearning, your fire
Will be my only tempting dessert
For my heart can no longer sustain
Surely it's demise is nearing
If you care to come closer and listen
My tears will be all you are hearing
They fall as the snow does, around you
Finding their place on the ground
A sea of melted emotions
Drown me in such screaming sounds
Here at the far end of your table
I sit, watching and listening to you
But no more will I feast on temptation
For my heart just won't make it through
Fresh strawberries adorn the platter
That you've so seductively placed before me
Yet I would rather to me you fed poison
So this hurt can no longer be
Layed out before us,a feast of the senses
Everything I do desire
Still I'll resist the lure of your kiss
Warming my yearning before your fire
The day is approaching darkness
'Tis now I will excuse myself
I must leave your table of seduction
Before my heart shows its true self
For it's when the moonbeans dance at night
Within your gorgeous eyes
That I am weak and cannot hide
Nor deny my deep heartfelt sighs
Please excuse me my love,I am leaving
Time has come for me to retire
From this feast of temptations you've offered

I know what to say, buy the lady a drink and show her to my table. Anyone who writes like that is bound to be a lot of fun. ;o)
