[hometext] => This poem is about my old best friend Hayley, Hayley and I spent so much time together and I love her to bits. She is the most amazing person, and I wrote this poem because I can tell that she is screaming out for help.
[bodytext] => The waves crash down, The water splashes, Mist is thrown up, As it crashes. I see you waiting, For the perfect wave, On the edge, Like a slave. You’re so compassionate, And have so much feeling, Towards the sea life, Even though your back is peeling. You love the ocean so, To get away from life, To leave the hurt behind, To forget all the strife. I can tell your hurting, I can see it in your eyes, I feel your hurt, As your heart cries. The oceans full of stories, Full of wisdom and hope, Maybe surfing, Is the way you like to cope. There’s more to life, The you know, It’s too much to give up, Too much to show.
