My piano is my medicine
that cures every wound
and soothes my soul each time
that I sit down to play a tune.
My fingers glide all over the keys
playing preludes, etudes,
and joyful melodies
of whatever I wish...
the sound of the notes,
It's just pure bliss.
The notes dance across the page
and come alive when I press down
and them I am surrounded
by this beautiful and rhytmic sound
I am oblivious to everything around me
because the only things that surround me
are notes, sounds, rythms, and beats
nothing else can bother me.
The piano is my solitude
away from all my stress
It relieves my tension
and makes me feel like a success
If I didn't have my piano
then I wouldn't know what to do?!
You could ask me, but I would say...
that I wouldn't have a clue

Lovely write..Can understand this.. only thing I could ever play on a piano was Mary Had A Little Lamb..

I relate to, I feel the same way when I play the piano. It relaxes you and it's like your in a different world. good write.
