Five months old,
In the womb,
I wait to come out,
All of a sudden I hear a shout,
what a girl, have her aborted
I wonder why are girls boycotted!
A shock is what I get,
Did I make a mistake
Or Is it that I make u sick.
What have I done.
Am I not like one of you.
Or is it that girls are taboos
I also want to feel the sun,
And hear the breeze.
Fall from trees
Let me also have some fun
I too have a dream,
Though I know even if I scream
U people will kill me in my dreams.
feel ashamed to call myself of your race
You humans have changed the natures base.
But it wont last for long,
Soon mother nature will slap you on the face
Dont call yourself animals,
U people are worse than cannibals.
But dont you forget,
That without us
You will all regret.
Daughter please forgive me
I have no choice, but to commit this sin
I also belong to the same kin
Of women.
The society would suck us in ,
And I advise you not come in this world
Its all a hypothetical fold.
The sun, trees, breeze u talk about
Is an illusion
Which will give u only confusion.
Do forgive me daughter!!!
But u would have to be slaughtered !!

OK... what to say?
You write very well and it was interesting to read.
Our views on abortion are VERY different.
And as much as I would like to give you a 1 on this poem, I have to admit it was more than good.
I am not going to even TRY to change your view on abortion, because I know nothing I say can change the way you feel. So I will just say.............. nice write. :) |
