[bodytext] => She walks down the hallway
People ignore her and she them
No one takes a second glance
To see the little girl lost within
No one sees the tears she cry
She knows no one really cares
And the next day when she pulled the trigger
No one knew she’d even been there.

So welcome to the United States of America
With liberty and justice to all
Let me introduce you to our nation’s future
Parentless, homeless, friendless, numb
We lead this country to fall.

He goes to school every day
Is top of the class every year
No one sees the bruises hidden on the outside
Or locked away inside, his never cried tears
At school the perfect role model
Yet out beating people, doing drugs at night
Some day he will run this country
Then the people will realize
All the anger he holds inside.

So welcome to the United States of America
With liberty and justice to all
Let me introduce you to our nation’s future
Parentless, homeless, friendless, numb
We lead this country to fall.

He has a future ahead of him
Very intelligent, with a good life
But the people around him are so jealous
They can’t leave him alone without a fight
They beat him and make fun of him
They find it fun to make him cry
The one that has a chance to do some good
Out of envy and hate is driven to suicide.

So welcome to the United States of America
With liberty and justice to all
Let me introduce you to our nation’s future
Parentless, homeless, friendless, numb
We lead this country to fall.

We’re a falling nation, falling nation
Do you really think we’ve got a chance?
The pain people hold inside, destroys us one by one
The greatest, most powerful nation, with a black heart.
We invite you to join our little morbid dance.
Our country is always ahead, economically, scientifically
While all our people are stuck in their past.

So welcome to the United States of America
With liberty and justice to all
Let me introduce you to our nation’s future
Parentless, homeless, friendless, numb
We lead this country to fall.

That is insightfull like a slice of an age and a place,
the sad fact is time heals nothing as people get older they grow to apathetic to look for justice.

This was really good and brutally true. Some people prefer to ignore the truth, but you have stood up and shown people the truth and for that I commend you. Check out Youth of the Nation by P.O.D. its sort of along the similar line.
