I'm sorry for the way I've been
For not looking deep enough to see
That you're struggling just to carry yourself
While I didn't even try to help myself
I put so much weight on your shoulders
And the nights were getting colder
It's not fair of me to put it all on you
And expect you to know exactly what to do
You're my only motivation
In suffering, you're my salvation
My only peace in a world of destruction
You bring some calm and a little instruction
You sacrificed so much for me
I really think our love is the key
I wonder if you're right, if you do love me more
If you're the only one who can anymore
For the first time, I really see
Just how much with all your heart you love me
That knowledge makes me strong enough to stand up
And start working hard to build myself back up
I'm broken and I'm not all there
But I'll never be beyond repair
I know you'll be there for me, supporting me
And you'll never know how much that means to me
What I'm feeling is beautiful
It's love for you that's got my heart full
Lost in the delirious haze that you bring
Full of sharp edges and such gentle feelings
Sweet rapture cannot be compared
As long as I'm with you, I'm somewhere
You're everything I'll always want forever
In your hands this tender heart will not be severed

| such a beautiful display of love.....these words are so heartfelt.....there's too many parts of it that touch me to single out any one phrase......to have someone that loves you for you and is patient enough to let all of you come out...............well, that's pure love...... |
