There came a light
With a voice filled with sorrow
And some insight on life

The voice brought me back
From a great precipice
Held me intralled
And taught me of love
And what I'd miss

He showed me my friends
Caring and kind
Which would miss me
More than My pain was worth

He cradled my mind until it
Was well enough to think
Then made me kiss my wrist
And promise never to journey
This black road again

When I was about to throw
Myself over this edge
Into the blackness beneath
He showed up and stopped me

For this reason and many others
He was once knighted
My Knight of Knowledge
Now he is my Knight
