I am nothing,
But death in human form,
I am gravel under your feet,
I slide slowly between your toes,
I lay silently on the ground,
I fantasize what it would be like,
To be something,
But in many ways,
I will never be,
The stars,
I will never reach,
The sun I will never kiss,
The light I will never feel,
The ground is so hard and rough on my soft shell,
The shell that was broken by so many,
The torture I feel,
Has never been known upon another existence,
And the memories I see,
Cannot never be forgotten,
It was such a long road with out you by my side,
He was never there any of the nights I cried,
He broke my heart,
With simple words,
But there is so much more pain that will not be forgotten,
Lifeless as a corpse,
That is what I shall be,
Death slowly mounts,
On sweet angel wings,
Memories haunting my mind and my heart,
What it isn't,
Cannot be,
And it never should have had to start...
