Any part
within us
yet you chose
to introduce
pain fear and despair
You chose to bring
conflict and violence
you chose
political corruption
and arrogance
to use as your voice
as in the dark ages of old
You chose
the mechanisms
of destruction
for the minds of our Young
yet
You still refuse
to grasp the concept
We are one
The balance
shall return
and you people will learn
that no matter what you do
poison the land
the air
the water that we drink
We
are going home
Back
to our garden
before
we became
what you crave
Obedient
Psychological
Slaves

A powerful warning to those who allow others to rule without question. It occurs to me a I read this that before we can go back to the garden, we will have to build it.
We are obedient slaves as you point out because we are too lazy to do what we allow others to do for us.
Leaders can/'/t lead without followers.
