[title] => Living In This World

[bodytext] => How do I stand in this world knowing my energy can become futile How do I maintain sanity while my façade is a fake smile Always trying hard to be the best person that I can be The world in which I live keeps picking at my flesh you see Always confusing my belief causing repeated redemption of heart and soul Just when I see sunshine and love my heart turns to coal There is beauty in this world it’s beneath the hatred and deception It makes it hard for people to reunite when always given a false perception Trying to maintain bits of anger a rage that burns within the depths of me Why can’t humanity erase the hatred to build better generations, hatred and racism free How do I stand each and every single day It’s because I stay strong no matter how much of me the world chips away I may get angry I may have a burning sensation inside once in a while But those sunny days come again then I find beauty in this world that makes me smile Written: 6 Feb 2018 Copyright © 2018 E.
