Fame is a game of secrets laid bare;
To leaders who crave to be known far and near;
I faithfully promise to cheer from down here;
That none need bear witness to all I hold dear.

who oh who would not like
to learn it on all on their own
at least once, but it never happens
like this, what you might learn to keep
stays, the bricklayer laying the bricks
with skill finished his work and moved on
And with a wink drove off in an old truck
you somehow knew you would never see
him again, and so did he.
And that is ok
he was after all that good

but the truth is he was busy doing what he loved
and you witnessed this and said hey, all that skill, those hard callouses on his hands, those dark eyes, all that dedication, to hard work keeps him busy
Infamy, what is it close to seven billion people, I am sure statistically there has to be a few million jewels likely many more to set the rest straight
and being great is often under appreciated ...
great poem!
Peace!

How very true this is..You can never hide from yourself and you always have to face the music for everything that you do whether its good or bad. Enjoyable as always.
