Too often I find myself in times of despair Not all the pieces seem like they fit Did I mention my parents treat me like $***? The girl that I love, loves someone herself I'm happy for her, even if not for myself I don't mind it so much, being just her friend But since she's so busy, even that may end Day after day, watching TV at home Trapped in a box, a cage, a prison, a dome I once had a job, it paid really good But after 6 months I stood all I could I was going crazy, so I went out the door The thing is now, I'm left dirt poor I had my reasons for leaving, of course Even if now there's a bit of remorse So, from here where is it that I must go? Well, the truth of the matter is...
