Feeling all alone
Wanting love to be shown
Having so much to share
Just wanting someone to care
Finding ways to release the pain
Wondering if I was still sane
Building walls around me
Hoping someone would see
Then from nowhere
She suddenly is there
Now I share my secrets
My sunshine and frets
Knowing she'll be there for me
This fills my heart with glee
Having someone to lean upon
From dusk until dawn
Now I wait to feel complete
To kneel down at her feet
Waiting to hear her say she'll be mine
To share my world for all time
Now we both wait
To share each other's fate
Going through life having so much fun
Waiting for that day to be joined as one
