Tears come readily
From tender heart torn
Love slain by betrayer’s hand
A dark soul
Hidden by smiling lips

Trembling
Salty drops begin to flow
The vision
Embrace of love
Pureness of white dove
Soaring on delicate wings
Till hope weakened
Chose to accompany as passenger
In turmoil flees
Secreting its face

The mind reeling
Unwilling to give recognition
The evilness
Twas only game to be won
Assassination of one
Destruction for satisfaction

So I begin
To implement my revenge
Calculated steps
I invoke emotions storm
Blood flowing red
With hate tinged
Tricking through the cracks
Into the veins
Penetrating the wall of lies

My efforts enforced
Victory gained
Madness reigns
The mind and body slack
Forlorn
In the early hours
Of the rising morn

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
