Reaching out to choke you.
The idea becomes physical
Just bear witness to the marks that it leaves.
Whether it be the scars on your wrists, or the holes in your walls.
Fighting off mirrors for the pictures they give off.
The scentence you serve when enough is enough.
You lash out in anger returning what's been earned when push comes to shove.
You take the controle that you learned.
Disregard the teaching to bestow the equality deserved.
Or you drown in the pillow you've been filling with tears.
From all of the trials you have stubbled through over the years.
Treated like no one and abandon by love.
Screaming to a seemingly empty throne seated above.
No answeres returned not even an echo.
A silence advanced beyond comprehension.
So quiet you can here the anguish of secrets presenting themselves.
As emotions give way to a truely felt pain.
Something more sinister then you dare to explain.
All the concieved notions give birth into actions.
Feelings pantomimed into life.
Where an end feels inviting staring back from the cold edge of a knife.
But how selfish the vicious cycle youd start.
As you give thought to the widow who lost not only a husband but also a son.
That's when you realize how miniscule all your problems suddenly become.

Words filled with complete anguish and sorrow, leading to search of the golden path, yet knowledge is learned. Great write. Thank you for sharing, P

it's all about perspective. it's my motto, my mantra, my creed and credo. i ESPECIALLY liked the line "So quiet you can here the anguish of secrets presenting themselves." i read it three times before advancing further. well done.

Deep understanding and discriptive words, and yet a knowledge of how selfish it is to end rather than endure life.Enjoyed reading your write. ND
