Crazy as my world is
Ive managed to seem sane
dodging all the triggers
that hunt me down each day
123 Denial Street
Is where I plan to stay
cant imagine leaving
Im content living this way
Ive lost the motivation
needed for me to change
So ill stay under the blankets
and hide from all the pain.
Im crossing my fingers
that life will let me breath
that no more devastation's
will make there way to me
I don't think I could handle
the sufferance that came
when life threw all those hardballs
and all i caught was blame

In moments like this the world seems to be a bitter place. Being able to touch these emotions and write about them in such an excellent fashion is the sign of a true poet.
