The essence of friendship, the joy of wonder
The world where love and hope are boundless
Turning me from a doubter to a sound believer

A sweet little Santa arrived at our door
Her eyes twinkled with a mischievous gleam
Her hands carried bags with presents galore
She had come to share her Christmas dream

Gifts for my grandson, husband and me
Even the dog and cat; you know she cares
All thoughtful, special, opened by the tree
One stood out; her mother's love she shares

A turtle whose shell changes into many lights
She knew I would cherish its warm silly smile
A tear of joy fell down my cheek at the sights
Of her joy, her fun, and my sweet little reptile

Thank you seems too simple to show you
How much this means to the three of us
We send you love, hugs and a kiss too
Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas [comments] => 1 [counter] => 109 [topic] => 18 [informant] => dvtpdw [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Holiday Poetry )

This one is priceless. You wrote it so well that I could see it and it's beautiful.
Blessings,
