I clambered over the
mossy boulder strewn land
towards the white cliffs
where the eagles lament
just to smell the sweet air,
and to watch the creeping dawns
young sun heave itself over the horizon,
I was there thinking of you.

By the red telephone box
I was sitting on the top bar
of a withered fence
There I witnessed
at close range
the malevolent gleam
in the spiteful eyes of a crow
perched with intent
perched with a plan
he whistled something
malicious about you
then flew away towards
the jagged remnants of
of an old cattle shed
By the red telephone box
I've been waiting for you.

The First stanza was excellent. Filled with great visual imagery, flowed very nicely. A very interesting poem overall.
