Proceeding to the means of my way home
I stride humbly and without bounce
Till I am induced to pivot at the sound
Of affection and a friendly reminder
Oh how my walk turns to joyful a run

It was Sabby which you called aloud
The name I cherish and it's origin
Many times my heart fluttered from it
In the halls, on my phone, in my mind

Oh my world brightens when you call me Sabby
Memories flood my mind at its sound
And the younger girl reunites with the young lady

It was Sabby you called, the name I cherish, with winter approaching in the Uk it's this kind of wonderful connection that will provide the warmth to take us through.True poetry, where you as a writer is generous enough to give us something of your life to bring connection and joy to ours.

Life is about holding on to the things that make us happy and letting go of the things that make us sad.
You certainly seem to have found one of the "keep" items of life :)
