The passing of summer,
In the rustle of leaves.
Oh that my heart could hold on to the peace,
As I am at one, and
My soul is released!

Dream a dream, where maternal love holds strong.
Where heart is the key,
And flesh moves on.
Where kindred spirits in no earthly realm connect,
And heart greets heart in,
Love and respect

Dream a dream where hope and aspiration fly,
Where youth and ambition
Reach for the sky.
Where the world is open and possibilities great,
Awaiting the cards
In the hands of fate.

Dream a dream as the world marches by,
To the beat of contentment
And the warmth of a sigh.
Where eyes raise up to meet dreamers gaze,
And Summer fades fast
In glorious blaze.

Dream a dream on the whisper of a breeze, in
The passing of summer
In the rustle of leaves.
Oh that my heart could hold on to the peace!
As I am at one and
My soul is released.

You definitely have a way with beautiful words and this way with these beautiful words seem to be speaking about the circle of life and death.

A child dreams and then must grow up. We live ,we die, we make decisions and I an now yammering. (babbling).

Nevertheless this is a poem of beauty. I know this to be true.
