The world is waking up to misery and pain.
Just when we thought we had seen it all
We are slowly nearing a fall.
Someone has lost his job, some currency its sheen
Some government is surely getting mean.
Oil Prices are soaring high, giving eagles a scare
We are a tolerant bunch every shock we can bear.
Bomb explosions have become a norm
Giving humanity a satanic form.
We are fighting a strong enemy
Which will eat us all.
Feed the angel of Love within us
Bring it back from the dead
Else our planet Earth will be painted with RED.

It is happening all over again
The world is waking up to misery and pain.
Just when we thought we had seen it all
We are slowly nearing a fall.

Some government is surely getting mean.

It’s a great poem. It just confirms what I think about this planet: there is something wrong about how things are organized in our planet. A great scientist needs to be born to find a formula that will put all this in order. This poem is beautiful and appealing.
