Cause you wouldn’t let me live.
No love here and none to give.
Hopeless without a care…
To love another how would I dare.
So many secrets, I regret I shared.
You never listened…
So, why would you care.
On a pedestal is where you sat,
The next day you were gone.
Hopeless to the fact, that the love you showed me…
Nothing more than a performance,
Part of your act.
Caring, loving holding and hugging,
Tugging my emotions any way you wanted.
Stuck with your sweet memories,
Sweet aromas of your fragrance always seem to haunt.
In the wind, the heat, the rain,
I cant seem to forget your pain…
Driving me to point where I’m going insane.
Hindsight is always 20/20 when you look back…
Knowing you were playing me like a fool,
All part of your act.
I always tried to make it work,
You always found ease that I was hurt,
Still hurting for something that was,
And that will never be.
Mentally my mind is imprisoned by your love…
By your kiss, your touch,
The way the light gently touched the curvature of your back.
Simply foolish that I couldn’t see right through it all,
That the love you showed was all simply a great ACT. [comments] => 1 [counter] => 108 [topic] => 22 [informant] => desciple [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

when one is on a pedestal the way down is a hard fall,
this is beautifully expressed and penned in a flowing
lovely moving manner,

hugs n' love nessa
