[hometext] => A brief story of love found and love lost witnessed by the ocean
[bodytext] => It's the way my bed still whispers, of something it once knew. It's the way I cannot shake the resonance of you. It’s the way your eyes once gleamed, swearing to be true. It’s the way we shared our love, and watched it as it grew. It’s the way Pacific told me, repetitious waves of crashing blue, Muttering its quiet warning of the coming war between us two. You told me that you loved me, I held you in your sleep. These memories, this pain, tattoos that I must keep. You brought me up this mountain, together meant to climb. They say time heals all wounds; I may need a lot of time. For the way I swore no harm would come to you as long as I live and breathe. For the way my lips still taste the salt, as I turned around to leave. For the way you used to smile at me, for the way it melt my heart. For the way I torture myself reminiscing, of memories afraid to part. For the way you took my innocence, and taught me of love and pain. Teacher this is knowledge which I never wished to gain. I told you that I loved you; my love was pure and deep. These memories, this pain, tattoos I’ll forever keep. I followed you up this mountain, never shall we climb. They say time heals all wounds; I may need a lot of time. Now I ask you to forgive me. Now I ask you let me go. Now I ask you for my heart back. Broken even so.
