This modern World is ruled by money
And this is truly believed by many
All feel that money makes life sunny
If money comes, problems appear tiny
For money alone happen Worldly fights
Even great Nations fall for secret baits
Just for money, all reach great heights
Due to sheer greed, land in dire straits
Minting money has become a mania
All want to know money-getting idea
This is a craze especially in India
For immoral corruption, all say 'yeah'
Everywhere only money is sought
Tremendous greed is by all got
As a result, peace is a big naught
Minds of all due to desires rot
Modern trend is indeed dangerous
Peace from money is only spurious
Greedy tendency is highly injurious
Contentment makes life hilarious
Of course, money is really important
But, in dealing with it, be intelligent
In matters of wealth, use contentment
And with peace have an agreement.
