Go to sleep my angel
Im right here beside you
Entwine me in your arms
And make my dream come true
Your face is sculpted porcelain
Your eyes are emerald green
Your lips are red like rubies
The finest ever found or seen
I gently stroke your lustrous hair
Which frames that perfect face
I wonder at its touch of silk
With each strand in its place
A goddess could not rival
Your skin as smooth as marble
Wrapped around your beauteous form
At which I always marvel
Why me I always ask myself
Why do I have your special love?
Is it luck or fate or sorcery
Or does it come from God above?
I love you dear with all my soul
I thank you just for being you
I will never ever leave your side
And that by God is true.
