Emptiness A void Somewhere inside Your mind It dwells You falter Fall Into a dark night Memories Tears Pain All you remember The dark days When you felt Alone Shattered Scared They try to return now Today But why You don't understand Finally Slowly You were getting back on your feet Standing Building A life Better than before Trying not to look back Too late Gone Now haunted In what used to be Once forgotten Now remembered Falling Remembering Returning to the past But just for a moment Then you remember Light Hope Faith Love Reasons not to give up Not to Dwell Fall Surrender Reasons reminding you to Fight Move forward Pursue What you love What you intended Before the momentary lapse Of memory Judgement Inadaquacy Because you are never alone And this is just a temporary home
Make what you can of this life Never forget who you are but never dwell on the things you leave behind The answer is never really that far...
