,
Draws its curtain between
Night and day
And thus descends
The veil of tranquillity
Down.

And I hear my name!
Called
To this
Sanctuary
For souls, for driven
Minds
That turn and turn,
Not through want nor will
But they just turn.

And
There is stillness in swathes
Of blue that deepen and sway
Calling.
Softly
Beckoning. Living, moving.
So lightly touched by
Nature’s hand as she
brushes every stem
with gentle breath.

The ancient oaks
Timelessly stand
Whilst She fills my senses
with
perfume, so sweet so divine
And I sigh!

I am in a world
where
Silence is
Broken, hidden songs, from
Winged voices fill the air with
Expectancy.
Deepening
Connecting
And
I, am at one

This is simply outstanding poetry. I am there with you soaking up that tranquility. I love this, it is possibly the best thing I have read on this site.
