I dream to be a wolf,
To stand proud upon this cliff.
I dream to be a wolf,
Because a wolf's never this stiff.
I dream to be a wolf,
Because its pride matches its power.
I dream to be a wolf,
...So I won't feel so damned devoured.
I dream to be a wolf,
To be free,
Because this life of mines isn't free enough for me.
I dream to be a wolf.
Because it hold its head up high,
Every morning,
Everyday,
Every night.
I dream to be a wolf.
Because its respected and desired,
Because it is everything I fail to be.
I feel nobody would be aspired...
To be me, I can easily see,
How much nobody wants me.
Even as a wolf, if I feel feared,
I would still be respected, by my peers.
Nobody would pass my way, with a huff.
My slit glare would be enough,
To stop them, from hurting me again,
To feel safe, in my den.
I wouldn't feel, like I am in a pen.
To feel, like I'm in with you,
With him, with they, with them,
To not feel, like you're we and I'm just him, So I can't help but aspire.
I couldn't do anything but desire,
To be a wolf,
With eyes red,
With fire.
