Mountains to be seen, walls protect the dream
forests in the way, fields the landscape clean
rivers flow to sea, dams to irrigate
birds a danger now, planes to elevate
feet lost inch by inch, boots march foreign lands
fists pushed to arms length, swords held tight In hands
rocks futile but thrown, guns tear through the threat
flags burnt to insult, standards rarely met
wheels they need to turn, engines have a thirst
fusion built the scene, fission makes it burst
clouds of death rise up, smog, all windows closed
hands of time roll on, gloved through fear of dose
