Whatever I do, it will never be good enough for you Beautiful enough to see from your point of view A perspective my eyes have yet to construe And commend thine essence for it's gift You've perfected these numbers and set them to tune Danced through my mind from what seems as June Leaves of my hope are falling too soon Far from this sky I'm watching them drift To follow these winds is so hard for me to defy When on my instincts there's nothing to rely Read within my lines, it's my final goodbye Because here in this soul, I'm floating adrift
