A wink across a crowded space
Feeling your partners warm embrace.

Love is
The knowing smile that lights a room
The yearning to be by their side soon.

Love is
Feeling that you can, touch the sky
Just be having your lover close by.

Love is
Waking up right by their side
The tears that fall, never needing to hide.

Its the unsaid words, that can be felt in a touch
A brush of their fingers, can mean so much.

The good times and tough times, you both have been through
The sense of belonging and of safety too.

The sense of adventure, in every day
The deep soul connection, felt in every way

No rhyme nor no reason, you just know its true
For you to love them and they to love you.

THAT is what love is - its different things.
A happiness inside their presence brings.

Love is

Great write and flows so smooth all the way through.
Love is amazing if you can allow yourself to be consumed
by it and give yourself to it completely. It was good to
read and reminds me of where I need to get back to
in my mind with the one I love. Take care

What else can I say? A masterpiece!! You have a talent to be able to write your poems with a smoothness that's ever so readable. I seem to be able to float along reading it, just great! Loved the line - It's the unsaid words, that can be felt in every touch.

Love is that all powerful emotion, that takes us all prisoner sooner or later.
You have captured those wonderful moments that make up what love is, those moments that make us look back and smile.
