This is a walk on the dark side of life, after all, we all have a dark side. don't we? [bodytext] => To this valley darkness is coming,
Causiously it approaches
Blending in with hedgerow and trees,
Lurking like a stalker in the shadows.
And there it waits for a moment
That when it comes is deep and all enveloping,
The wind is blowing an ocean through my ears,
Wave after wave crashing on the desolate shores of my mind.
In a far off tower a bell rings, attention seeking,
It echoes around and through my lonliness.
And then, through all this hushed valley, there comes a rushing
Of a deep dark, sinister thought.
My other self emerges from the hedgerow
And enters the bullet hole opening of my mind
Where my sanity lays bleeding. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 152 [topic] => 13 [informant] => cashfan1 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

hello old friend, its nice to see your full fledged emotoin in your writting. your words paint such a dark hour, when we find ourselfs isolated from our sanity. there in lies our true colors, that bleed a somber stain.

well done, i hope you are feeling better and out of that rut, i look forward to your winter writes:)
blessings,
andrew.
