The consequences i've paid
For bad decisions that I made
leave me stranded but still I strayed
Caught up in the games I played
Eyes blury but not from tears
it's the fury of losing my peers
trying hard to control my fears
through clouds of smoke and multiple beers
Not too smart
yet sure not dumb
squeeze my heart
It feels so numb
Beat on my chest just like a drum
Say they're coming to get me
we'll see when they come
Is it death
or is it life
the blast of gun
or blade of a knife
is she another one night stand
or will this woman become my wife
should i stay or should I go
How on earth will I ever know
lessons learned to help me grow
CLOSE MY EYES AND LET IT BE SO!!!
