Array ( [sid] => 161384 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => What is it You Want? [time] => 2010-07-25 18:00:22 [hometext] => This poem is about my life experiences and what I have felt throughout the years of my life. Working everyday for my family and then something happens which makes everyone lose respect for me. [bodytext] => There is a voice in your head
It tells you to go to sleep
Unfortunately your mind is sinking
A few feet to deep
Thoughts are pressing you down
Like a thunder cloud,
Damp and thick, impossible to get through
What is it you want?
Revenge, revenge for what has happened
The past is in your way,
But it does not define you
The way they think it does
It does surround you
The way they think it does
You try to get away
But you fail each time
You try to be someone else
And then you die

Hi,

Nicely written. Hang in there, my friend. It's how
much or how little we enhance the lives of those
we love that defines us.
